  : I booked Trivelles for a 1 night stay as we were travelling from Islamabad airport early in the morning and it seemed quite close. I booked on here and then received a whatsapp message to confirm my arrival time. I confirmed my arrival and then messaged when I was delayed slightly. Communication was excellent with prompt replies. When I arrived I struggled slightly to find the entrance so I whatsapped and someone came out to me and showed me the entrance and took my bags. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was very polite! Only thing I was not aware of was the 6000RS deposit. Once in the apartment we were pleasantly surprised, it was huge and decorated to a high standard. Everything was really nice. The lounge area was big with a dining table, large screen TV and a kitchen with utensils. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bedroom was of a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. The area seems to be in the process of development but this is not an issue as there is a large supermarket underneath along with a few clothes shops and then a number of mixed shops within a few minutes walk. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be recommending this to family and also will be staying again in the future, especially when we are returning to the UK.
