: I liked the fact the property was very big and spacious. Perfect for families as we had 7 of us including kids. I like the interior decor it was beautiful. The views were nice and not too far from giga mall, Islamabad and Faisal masjid.
: When we arrived the fridge was dirty, also there was not proper linen on the bed. The linen was stained and some beds didnt have a proper duvet with cover. 1 bed just had a thin sheet. Also the main bathroom had a weird smell whenever we would walk past. Also didnt like the fact that it was advertised as a private balcony but people were walking past our windows, it make me very uncomfortable as a women who needs privacy.

: The property was really nice and lavish. Facilities available were good too. Above all, Sohail the manager was excellent! Him and the whole team were incredibly polite and helpful and really made the whole stay more enjoyable. Definitely the highlight of the property for us.
: Duvets didnt have covers on them and it seemed like hygiene couldve been better. One of the bathrooms had a bad smell in it and there were many bulbs missing in the lights. There were also many tiny insects roaming around which was horrible

: there was no sign on the property we could see, and it took time to find and ask people around, we told to call on arrival and no answer, after 30 minutes someone called back and came to collect us.
: no tea or coffee or even water in the kitchen, king size beds in most rooms, that was good, no soap in the toilet and 1 towel that did not look clean, hot water after very long time
